This site primarily provides access to quality information and services provided by libraries, librarians, and information professionals in the six counties that is served by the Western New York Library Resources Council (WNYLRC). WNYLRC is located in Buffalo, NY and is a non-profit consortium of 90 member libraries and library systems serving Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara and Orleans counties. 
This project was funded through the Federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funds, awarded to the New York State Library by the Federal Institute of Museum and Library Services.
